Tuesday To Do: Hit Reset

Tuesday To DoThis week (for some) is short and ends with an extended weekend, meaning things need to really get done before we head into vacation mode.

The purpose of the series is to break the myth that once you’ve gotten off track, you can get back. It’s simply not true! Just because Monday wasn’t your best doesn’t meant that you can’t show up, show off and reclaim your week later.

When I catch myself being unproductive, lacking focus or severely underperforming, it helps me to just hit the reset button, start over and give myself a fresh beginning, wherever I am.

Tuesday To Do: Hit Reset

Now, if you’re thinking: I have sooo much to do, there’s no time to reset, think again. This doesn’t have to be a long and drawn out process. In fact, it shouldn’t be. Here are some things I do to hit my reset button that take 30 minutes or less:

Whatever things allow your mind and body to relax so that you can focus and work effectively, do those! You’d be surprised at how it increases your productivity.
